1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and vd66 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the vd66 website located at https://vd66.io and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features made available thereon (collectively, "the Services").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or accessing any section of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. These documents collectively form the complete agreement between you and vd66.

vd66 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Access to vd66 and the creation of a player account is subject to the following mandatory eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. vd66 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy across the entire platform.
• You must be a natural person (individuals only). Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when creating or operating an account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a vd66 employee.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your local laws permit you to use the Services.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. vd66 reserves the right to request supporting identity documents at registration or at any point thereafter. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account at the time of closure.

One Account Rule: Each individual may hold only one active account on vd66. The operation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the withholding of any outstanding balances pending investigation.

3 Account Management

You are solely and entirely responsible for all activities conducted through your vd66 account. This includes all bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested, whether or not you were personally the individual performing those actions.

You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share your login credentials with any other person. vd66 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

You must notify vd66 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. vd66 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any security concern reported by you or identified by our security systems.

vd66 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes that: (a) the account has been used in breach of these Terms; (b) the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria; (c) the account is subject to legal proceedings or regulatory enquiry; or (d) the closure is otherwise required to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other users.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on vd66 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. vd66 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals processed via supported payment methods.

Supported Payment Methods: vd66 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — instant processing, subject to bKash wallet limits
• Nagad — instant processing, subject to Nagad wallet limits
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking) — instant processing
• Upay — instant processing, subject to Upay wallet limits

Deposits are credited to your vd66 wallet immediately upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes of payment confirmation, you must contact vd66 customer support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes of submission during standard operating hours. vd66 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in aggregate within a calendar month. During such review, withdrawal processing may be delayed for up to 72 hours. Supporting documentation may be requested.

vd66 does not accept or hold funds for any purpose other than gaming activity conducted on the Platform. Account balances do not accrue interest. vd66 does not act as a bank or financial institution.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

vd66 offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all vd66 promotions include the following:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who have fully verified their account identity.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per person, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• vd66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotional offer — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting promotional mechanics — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

Seasonal promotions linked to major cricket events (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and other cultural occasions are subject to additional terms published at the time of each promotion's launch.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on vd66 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and market choices prior to confirmation. vd66 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed by the system, except in the circumstances described below.

vd66 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) an obvious pricing error has occurred; (b) the outcome of the event was known at the time the bet was placed; (c) the event was cancelled, abandoned, or substantially altered; or (d) the bet was placed in violation of any rule set out in these Terms or the applicable game or market rules.

For live casino games provided by third-party suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, the rules of each individual game as presented within the game interface constitute the governing rules for that game. In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session, the outcome of the affected round will be determined in accordance with the game provider's published rules for malfunction scenarios.

For crash games including those powered by Spribe, the game's published fair play and provably fair verification methodology applies. vd66 does not manipulate crash game outcomes. All multiplier results are generated by the provider's certified RNG system.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on vd66 and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Fraud: Any attempt to deceive vd66 through false identity, false documents, or false payment claims.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Automated Betting: Use of bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without human oversight.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematic exploitation of pricing discrepancies across markets in a manner that constitutes bonus or promotional abuse.
• Money Laundering: Using the vd66 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. vd66 cooperates with applicable financial intelligence units and may report suspicious activity.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or play on the Platform while under 21 years of age.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to access or operate your account, or operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Technical Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the vd66 Platform — including but not limited to the site design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and the vd66 brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of vd66 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written authorisation from vd66.

Game content provided by third-party suppliers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers. Their inclusion on vd66 is subject to licensing agreements and does not transfer any ownership rights to the user.

9 Responsible Gaming

vd66 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment only. It should never be used as a means of generating income, recovering financial losses, or addressing personal financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered vd66 players at no charge and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via your account settings dashboard.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure automatic notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).

vd66 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond vd66's reasonable control may cause temporary service unavailability. vd66 will use reasonable commercial efforts to notify users of planned maintenance windows in advance.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vd66 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude vd66's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

vd66 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in full.

vd66 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include SSL encryption on all data transmissions, encrypted storage of account credentials, and access controls limiting internal data access to authorised personnel only.

vd66 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with third-party service providers (including payment processors and game providers) strictly to the extent necessary to provide the Services. All such third parties are contractually required to handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy standards.

12 Amendments to These Terms

vd66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. If you do not agree to any amended version of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting vd66 customer support.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. vd66 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and transparent operations.

In the event of any dispute between a player and vd66, the parties agree to first seek resolution through vd66's internal customer support and escalation process. Players may submit a formal complaint by contacting vd66 support at the email address listed in Clause 14. vd66 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 business days.

Where internal resolution is not achievable, disputes relating to the outcome of a specific game or bet may be referred to the relevant game provider's dispute resolution mechanism. For sports betting disputes, vd66's trading team decision is final in all matters relating to bet settlement, market interpretation, and result verification.
